When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing and verification by Hyde Park, and an additional 1 to 30 business days for delivery by the carrier. During federally recognized holidays or busy retail seasons, all processing, verification, and delivery times may take additional time. 

All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping rate and time is determined by which shipping option you selected at checkout. International orders may include a surcharge to cover VAT, duty, etc. These surcharges will be displayed and included at checkout, and you will not incur additional charges upon delivery. 

Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes. 

There is an additional $5 surcharge for larger items due to the size of these items. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. 

Each product has its own page with photographs, description (including coloring, materials, and references), and product background.

Each order will have a summary page with the product title, photo, quantity, unit price and the total order amount upon checkout.

Please ensure the accuracy of your order prior to purchase. 

 

Order Cancellations

Hyde Park reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Hyde Park has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate business reason.

 

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email internalteam@hydeparkgoods.com with any questions regarding your order. Unfortunately, we cannot answer any customer service or order-related questions through any other communication method, including social media.

Please note that the response time for customer emails can take between 5-7 business days. Our hours of operation are between 9 AM and 5 PM CST from Monday to Friday, and any emails received after 5 PM CST will be regarded as having been received the next business day. 

During federally recognized holidays or busy retail seasons, all responses may take an additional 3-5 business days. 

 

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping addresses match in order to prevent credit card fraud and to protect our customers from identity theft.

We may refund your order if our system categorizes your order as possibly fraudulent. You may then contact the customer service team by sending an email to internalteam@hydeparkgoods.com if you would still like to purchase, and we will work with you on alternative payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

 

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through our website at this time. Text "COP IT" to 405-251-8990 to receive product updates and drop dates.

 

I placed a successful order but why didn't I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high traffic periods, there may be a small delay in the delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 24 hours, please check the spam or junk folder of your email provider. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please send an email to internalteam@hydeparkgoods.com with your order number, last name, and the phrase "Need confirmation email" in the subject line and we will resend your confirmation.

 

Do you restock your inventory?

On occasion we will restock some of our inventory items. Please check back to see if the item you want is included in the drop.

 

I had a product to my cart, but when I went to check-out, it shows up as already sold out.

Products are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase for the last available product.
